Pink is the New black

Hi KettleBell Lovers

You all know of the benefits and the fast results that kettlebell work outs deliver.

Especially if your a female wanting to firm up the Butt , Hips and Ab areas.

For the past five years, 9 out of 10 times when I handed a black cast iron kettlebell to one of my new female personal training clients , i hear "does it come in pink" ?

and for 5 years I had to say No , it doesn't !

Now I can finally say "Yes, it does come in Pink" !!

Before you strict hardcore kettlebell people send me nasty
e-mails saying the world is coming to an end or I should be punished in some slow and painful way , just because I made Pink KettleBells

Think about it and the many benefits..... My wife bought two 5lbs pink kettlebells and holds them during her daily cardio walks. This doubles her calorie burning by now involving the arms during cardio.
She has also recently bonded with her new 25lbs Pink Ketlebell by doing 100 rep swings everyday without me the trainer having to remind her.

The moral of the story is if a Pink Kettlebell gets someone to use it more because they find the colour more appealing .
Then long live Pink Kettlebells !

A Fun Way to Burn Fat

I'm sure there's more than one of you saying that to the title. If your stuck with what to do next for your kettlebell program , you may want to try kettlebell juggling as an alternative to one's regular workout.

Kettlebell juggling isn't real exercise, it's just messing around, right?

Nope. If you happen to be sick of swings, or just can't muster up the motivation for 500 rep snatch workout, try juggling. It's a great change of pace and it will get your heart rate up, burns calories, and helps you melt fat.
